Julia is a highly experienced accountant and business professional with a passion for numbers and math. Growing up in Mulino, Oregon, she was influenced by her family’s background of self-employment and business ownership.
Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in both Oregon and Washington, having lived in the Portland Metro/Southwest Washington area her entire life.
After starting her career in accounting at the American Heart Association in the late eighties, Julia spent 14 years in a high-producing insurance agency before starting her own bookkeeping company in 2001. The first two years of her business, she worked under the supervision of a CPA, and over the years she has mentored bookkeepers and accountants in starting and developing their own companies.
Julia has also been actively involved in volunteering for numerous charities and non-profit organizations, serving as treasurer for many of them.
